Dullo chocolates has selected Summit Matsu to provide them with the industrial chiller which is key to keeping their chocolate ingredients cool by preventing them overheating, thus enabling them to maintain their reputation as a premium quality chocolate provider.
Dullo chocolates have developed an admirable reputation for producing an excellent quality of chocolates in the Australian market since 1937. Dullo chocolates produce three different flavours of chocolate including milk, white and dark chocolates, for the corporate, retail and contract manufacturing clients. Dullo’s future goal in the chocolate industry is to become recognised throughout the world as an ‘Australian maker of handmade premium chocolates.’
When Dullo chocolates equipment became outdated, after research into chiller suppliers that would enable Dullo chocolates to maintain their well respected reputation, Dullo chocolates turned to Summit Matsu to provide the industrial chiller, confident that it would enable them to continue with their quality chocolate production. As the chocolate is made overnight, the finest chocolate ingredients are blended together in a machine which in the process creates a lot of heat as the ingredients are put together. The main function of the Summit Matsu water chiller is to prevent the chocolate from burning by having cool water pumped through the system in order to ensure a constant temperature and thus ensuring the chocolate does not get destroyed. The water chiller is thus critical to the development of Dullo Chocolates, as it empowers Dullo Chocolates by allowing them to brew chocolates for 24 hours safely, also increasing their output produced and with the final incentive of reducing the overhead of energy consumption.
Summit Matsu manufactures their industrial chillers in Alexandria, Sydney and distributes them throughout Australia and the Middle East. As a local Australian manufacturer with years of experience Summit Matsu encompass an inimitable expert knowledge that has come about through the creation and building of their own chillers, this knowledge also enables Summit Matsu to quickly identify any problems with the machines and quickly solve them, Mr. Nates emphasises this point “they know all the machines that they are selling and if there’s any problem you just give them a call and they are over in a flash.”
Summit Matsu is an Australian company with headquarters in Sydney where the chillers are assembled from the best quality parts selected from overseas. After years of experience manufacturing chillers, Summit Matsu have accumulated expert knowledge which also allows them to easily identify any problems that should arise, and quickly resolve them, Mr. Nates describes Summit Matsu confirming this point” they know all the machines that they are selling and if there’s any problem you just give them a call and they are over in a flash.”
